Last updated: July 2026

1. Agreement

By accessing khattcapital.com (the “Site”), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

2. Information only

The Site is provided for general information. Nothing on it constitutes an offer, financial advice, legal advice, Sharia advice, a commitment to provide financing or an insurance contract. Please read the Regulatory & Sharia Disclaimer, which forms part of these terms.

3. No financial services through this Site

KHATT Capital is not a bank, lender, payment institution or insurer, and nothing on this Site is an invitation to deposit funds or invest. Programmes described here are subject to eligibility, risk assessment, contractual documentation, regulatory requirements and independent Sharia review, and certain services are provided through appropriately licensed partners.

4. Applications

Applications are made through the application portal on this website and may be governed by separate terms presented there. Submitting an application creates no entitlement to any programme.

5. Intellectual property

The Site and its content — including the KHATT name, the Arabic خط mark and associated lockups — are owned by KHATT Capital or its licensors. You may view and print pages for your own internal, non-commercial use; any other use requires our prior written permission.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Site, including by attempting unauthorised access, interfering with its operation, scraping at scale, or using it for any unlawful purpose.

7. Third-party services

The Site may link to or load resources from third parties (for example, web fonts). We are not responsible for third-party content or practices.

8. No warranties; limitation of liability

The Site is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, KHATT Capital is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from use of, or inability to use, the Site.

9. Changes

We may change the Site or these terms at any time. Continued use after changes are published constitutes acceptance.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Qatar, and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Qatar, without prejudice to any mandatory framework that applies to our operating entity once its establishment completes.
